Seeking Colors in Jiangdu – The Cabello Designer Color Appreciation Salon and Guandan (a card game) Championship Concluded Successfully

On November 11th, the “Seeking Colors in Jiangdu” Designer Color Appreciation Salon and Guandan Tournament, hosted by Cabello, was successfully held in Jiangdu, Jiangsu Province. The event brought together nearly 50 local senior designers to embark on a rendezvous on the grass, with nature as the backdrop and design as the medium, for a gathering filled with inspiration and joy.

Artistic co-creation, immersive product aesthetics

At the start of the event, each designer present held a paintbrush and freely expressed their inspiration on a specially made canvas using Caparol Art Paint. The colors under their brushes blended with natural inspiration, and different styles of expression shone brightly on the canvas, together forming a collective painting full of artistic tension, which also quietly opened the creative prelude for the entire salon.

The event also featured a display area showcasing Cranberry products, attracting the attention of many designers. They carefully observed the delicate texture and unique feel of the samples, and engaged in in-depth discussions and brainstorming sessions about the products’ expressiveness and applicable scenarios. The atmosphere was lively, with frequent interactions.

The salon opens, discussing the new vision for the future of design.

The salon officially opened with a speech by Wu Jianjun, co-founder of Cabral. He stated that current consumption trends are undergoing profound changes, with consumers increasingly pursuing the emotional value of spaces, going beyond traditional functional fulfillment. He emphasized that this is precisely where the irreplaceable professional value of designers lies. Cabral’s mission is to integrate color and art into life through continuously innovative products and aesthetic systems, providing designers with a solid source of inspiration, and working together to build ideal emotional homes for consumers.

Aesthetic appreciation: Decoding the magic of light and color in design

During the brand aesthetics appreciation session, Yue Qing, Regional Director of Cabernet Sultanate, delivered a systematic and in-depth product interpretation, clearly explaining Cabernet’s four strategic pillars: “Good Products,” “Good Colors,” “Good Craftsmanship,” and “Good Service.” It is precisely through these four advantages that Cabernet provides designers with abundant creative materials and comprehensive wall solutions. He further stated that Cabernet is committed to growing alongside designers, jointly exploring the future direction of home color and design aesthetics.

Following this, Italian architect and landscape designer Freddy Curiél delivered an in-depth presentation on the theme of “Spatial Alchemy.” His presentation resembled a profound dialogue about design language. Starting with the core value of artistic paint, he connected current trends with the narrative power of color, and further integrated his unique insights into color and light into vivid scenes. His forward-looking insights and international case studies painted a broader picture of inspiration for the designers present, allowing aesthetic understanding to be sublimated through the collision of ideas.

A battle of wits and skill, culminating in a delightful and rewarding conclusion.

The evening’s Guandan (a card game) tournament injected a unique energy into the salon. Designers bonded over cards, exchanging ideas and cleverly integrating design concepts into the game. The competition was exciting and, after several rounds of intense competition, two champions and two runners-up were crowned. An awards ceremony and lucky draw followed, with prizes such as Huawei watches and Laifen hair dryers mingling with the laughter and joy of the attendees, bringing the event to a climax.

Finally, Dai Juan, the manager of the Cabernet Jiangdu Haute Couture Pavilion, delivered a concluding speech. As the host of the event, she expressed her sincere gratitude to all the designer guests for their presence and for their support and companionship along the way. Looking to the future, she hopes to use the Haute Couture Pavilion as a base to build a platform for in-depth exchange and intellectual collision, collaborating with the design elites present to not only explore new realms of aesthetics but also jointly enhance the quality and style of local home life in Jiangdu. Her speech brought this inspiring aesthetic feast to a perfect close.

Brand strength creates high-end wall finishes

As an international high-end art paint brand , Caparol currently has over 1,200 distributors and 1,300 retail stores nationwide, providing high-quality art paint interior decoration services to millions of families and earning the trust of the market and consumers. According to data from Shangpu Consulting from 2021 to 2023, Caparol’s formaldehyde-free art paint has led national sales for three consecutive years. In terms of quality, many Caparol products have obtained authoritative environmental certifications such as French A+, US GreenGuard Gold, Finnish M1, EU REACH, China Green Building Materials, and China Environmental Label, fully demonstrating its high standards in health and environmental protection.

While solidifying its foundation in environmental protection and performance, The Cabernet Sauvignon continues to explore color aesthetics and textural expression. Previously, The Cabernet Sauvignon collaborated with several experts to develop four major color systems: “Van Gogh,” “Macaron,” “Morandi,” and “Guochao” (Chinese Chic). Recently, The Cabernet Sauvignon has partnered with Mr. Qiu Qingnian, a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese painting pigments, to conduct in-depth cooperation, tracing the origins of traditional Eastern colors and integrating the millennia-old Eastern aesthetics into contemporary living spaces. This diverse color system is gradually becoming an important tool for designers’ inspiration and spatial narrative.

This designer salon is an important part of Cabernet’s “Seeking Color” IP campaign. This IP aims to foster in-depth exchanges with designers across the country through study tours and themed salons, exploring more possibilities for aesthetic expression. The success of this event not only deepened the connection between the Cabernet brand and designers in Jiangdu but also effectively stimulated the exchange of ideas and collaborative creativity within the regional design community. In the future, Cabernet will continue to empower the design community, leveraging its superior products and forward-looking color research to jointly promote the integration of aesthetics and practice.
